Post-Race Party will immediately follow the race continue with games, food and drinks, music by Suede Stout and Lynette Foss, awards and tons of fun at the post-race party.
Race prohibits registrants from participating with pets with the exception of Service Dogs, bicycles, in-line skates, roller skates, scooters and other wheeled vehicles. Manual chairs, racing chairs and handcycles used by disabled participants are permitted.

AWARDS & RESULT RULES:
Awards will be presented at the Post-Race Party beginning at 7:00 PM. Overall Runners will determined by Gun Time and all other participant places will be decided by Chip Time.
Immediately following the race, award presentations to first three places is Overall Runners and Team Awards categories; All Adaptive Athletes winners will be announced;
1st, 2nd & 3rd place runner’s names will be announced and award pick up will be at the awards table.
Race Results are posted at the race, on the race website, GLASA and CARA websites.

Rain- the event will NOT be cancelled due to rain alone.
In the event of inclement weather, the race will attempt to continue under the following circumstances:
Lightning- the event will be postponed by 30 minutes. If lightening is closer than 6 miles away at 5:00 PM then the race will be postponed by 30 minutes. Runners should wait inside the Gorton Community Center. If the lightning continues to be within 6 miles at 5:30 PM, then the race will be cancelled.
PACKETS WILL NOT BE MAILED IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION – Check the website to see where packets can be picked up in the event of cancellation.
